The experience
What is an escape room?
A live game for your group. You enter a themed room and have a set time to find clues, solve puzzles and complete the mission. No phones and no screens: just your brains and teamwork.
We have never played before. Will we get help?
Yes. Your Game Master briefs you before the game and watches over you the whole time. You can ask for a hint whenever you need one, so nobody gets stuck for long. Chocolate Factory and Seven are good first rooms.
How many people can play?
2–6 players in the 60- and 80-minute rooms, 2–10 players in the 120-minute rooms (Forever Alone and Last Laugh). Bigger group? Book several rooms at the same time and race each other.
Will we play with strangers?
Never. Every booking is private: the room is only for your group, even if you are just two.
How long does a game last?
60, 80 or 120 minutes depending on the room. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign the waiver and get your briefing.
Is there an age limit?
Players aged 12+ can play on their own. Children aged 7–11 are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult. For young kids we recommend Chocolate Factory.
Is it scary?
Only if you choose it. The Others is a full horror experience with a live actor. Seven, Stalker, Forever Alone and Last Laugh are dark mysteries with suspense rather than scares. Chocolate Factory is completely scare-free.
Do we need to speak English?
Games run in English, so we recommend at least one player with good English on each team.
Tickets & prices
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the room, the day and your group size. Pick a date in the booking calendar to see the exact price for your group before you pay.
Where can I buy tickets?
Online, here on our website. Booking online guarantees your slot. Walk-ins work only if a room happens to be free.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Change the date or time free up to 24 hours before your game, or cancel free up to 48 hours before. Add booking protection when you book and you can change or cancel at any time. Use the link in your confirmation email.
I booked 4 people. Can I add another player?
Yes, if the room has space (max 6 for 60/80-minute rooms, max 10 for 120-minute rooms). Pay for extra players online or at the venue, and make sure everyone arrives together.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show the QR code from your confirmation email on your phone.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, for free. Forward your confirmation or contact us with your ticket ID.
Do you offer group, birthday or corporate packages?
Yes. For birthdays (6+ guests), team building, school trips and groups of 10+ send us a quick request and we reply within 24 hours with an offer for your group.
Your visit
Where are you?
Jumeirah Terrace Building, Jumeirah 1, opposite the UAE Big Flag. Take the elevator and press R for the rooftop.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking behind the building. Let reception know you’re coming and we’ll inform security.
What if we are running late?
Call us as soon as possible and we’ll try to fit you in. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late we can’t run the game.
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes and sneakers. You will move, crouch and search.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible and several rooms are too; some have physical limitations, so please check with us before booking. Players with visual or hearing impairments are welcome: tell us in advance and we’ll adapt the game.
Is there something to do before or after the game?
Yes. Stay in our rooftop board-game café before or after your game. Board-game rental is AED 10 per person per hour with an escape room booking, or AED 20 per person per hour on its own.
