These terms apply to all bookings, gift vouchers and visits at Brain Game Dubai. By booking or playing, you accept them.
1. Bookings
- Games must be booked in advance, online or through our team. Walk-ins are possible only when a room is free.
- Each booking is private: the room is reserved only for your group.
- Prices depend on the room, day and group size and are shown before payment.
- Extra players can be added on the day if the room has space (up to 6 players in 60- and 80-minute rooms, up to 10 in 120-minute rooms).
2. Changes and cancellations
- You can change the date or time of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the game.
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the game.
- With booking protection added at checkout, you can change or cancel your booking at any time.
- Birthday, team-building and other group packages follow their own payment and cancellation terms, shown on those pages.
3. Arrival
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your game for the briefing and waiver.
- If you are running late, call us. Teams arriving more than 20 minutes late cannot be accommodated and the booking is forfeited.
4. Age
Players aged 12 and over may play on their own. Children aged 7–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the game.
5. Safety and conduct
- Follow the instructions of your Game Master at all times. Rooms are monitored by camera and the door can be opened from inside at any moment.
- Phones, bags and food stay in the lockers. Photos and videos inside the rooms are not permitted.
- No force is needed to solve any puzzle. Damage caused by deliberate misuse may be charged.
- We may refuse entry to players under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who endanger others.
6. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used for any room, subject to availability. The validity period and conditions are shown at purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Liability
Players take part at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law.
